- We do not share any information provided to us with a third party.
- When shopping on our website, we require you to provide basic information to process and deliver your purchased goods. These can include, for example, your name, home address, preferred delivery address, telephone number, and email address.
- Our website uses 'cookies' which enable features on the website to work correctly so that you can use your computer to purchase items from Creative Stitching.
- Payments made on our website are conducted through an external secure gateway (Stripe). This information is sent securely to the payment service (Stripe) who handle the payments. Creative Stitching does not store any credit/debit card details as these are handled by Stripe and you enter your card details on their secure site.
- Payments made via telephone orders are also processed securely, with any card details provided shredded immediately after they are entered on the secure Stripe payment system. No card details are stored at Creative Stitching.
- When creating an account on the Creative Stitching website, there is a tickbox to ask if you wish to receive our newsletters. You can 'opt in' or 'opt out' at any time by ticking or unticking this box.
