Description
This handmade heart design card will make a unique keepsake for a special couple on their Sapphire Wedding Anniversary. Embroidered with six blue hearts on a garland of green leaves which create a larger heart enclosing a blue threaded "45th" message. This beautiful card has a white ribbon bow and heart shaped gem embellishment and reads "Happy Anniversary" on the outside and "Wishing you a very Happy Anniversary" on the inside - both are pre-printed and cannot be changed.
This bespoke card measures 20cm x 14.5cm and includes a quality white envelope.
This card is available in either "Mum and Dad" or "Personalised". If you would like this card personalised on the front then please put the names you require in the box. Please make sure that you have spelled the names correctly.
